It seems to me that the forums have some sort of karma.
Perhaps there is some optimum, having that forum starts to fall apart, sometimes from a bud others.
I look through here, too, are very large and popular forums astrologers and psychologists who, by the way is much more honed to professional communication and the benefits (potential customers, invitations to lectures and seminars, to fulfill orders over the Internet, there are no problems with customs, forwarding, etc. ..) At these forums very often come newcomers, mostly from personal issues and problems. But now experts are also longtime residents of these forums quite a bit, and they also have an uneasy relationship, sometimes dismantling reach court.
It seems to me that even very active core of a large forum of 30-40 people, plus there are usually a few narrow topics that inhabits another 10-15 people. Perhaps this is due to the peculiarities of human perception: more difficult to retain in the field of attention, and hence communication is not obtained.
I do not know, maybe another situation will be such as female or political forums where people share a common idea or problem (for example, than to feed the baby, if there is no milk).
It is important to understand that Artinvestment - this is not a narrowly professional forum for artists and dealers. He became a platform for people involved in the arts, and
involvement in the arts may be very different.
An alternative may be a narrowly professional forum for collectors, this function do some good forums, (I think it makes no sense to specify-what). They are practically useful, but there is quite a truncated communication, because the scope is too hard-coded (just under that offers
Grey)
Site artists very much, there you can get information about the artist, see his work, but they do not involve an exchange of views.
There are sites (and now often replace their FB) magazines on art, there may be something to comment, but they do not develop into full-fledged forum.
Narrow the scope of the forum to purely professional - is to duplicate sites, which are many.
I think most of these sites would like to be in the mode Artinvestmenta, but it is impossible to achieve on purpose.
I'm telling you - karma.
