What, in your opinion, do you assess the antique market in Russia ?

Art objects , most reliable and profitable investment . The fact that this market simply does not exist , or rather, underground , that is, farmed out to criminals , shows the inability of authorities to organize even the most profitable projects . Also, it shows the existence of insolvency in this country of liberal values and the need to strengthen the role of the state.
