receivers for the examination in New York or in any other western country ... I think it may be isolated instances where the examination abroad will be better and more appreciated, than in Russia. Say, for Chagall and Jawlensky is recognized only examination made by the Committee and the Fund respectively. But it is difficult to imagine a situation where the works of Russian artists will be attributed abroad.
