I think that this blog - not German, and Austrian. The German inscription on the broadcast date print means:

"Zu den Andenken und Freundschaft empfielt sich
Ihr ergebenster Diener
Max von Schwaben-Churrätien
Wien, den 18st Novemb 1800 "

Almost neperevodyaschayasya "sverhvezhliveyshaya" phrase. But still, something like:

"Please respect and friendship, your obedient servant, willing,
Max von Schwaben-Kurratien
Vienna, November 18, 1800 "

Duchy Schwaben-Kurratien collapsed in the Middle Ages, and before 1805 its territory was partly owned by Austria (now - Switzerland), this inscription, apparently, did some of the descendants of the Dukes, and in Vienna . On the Internet, this information is not a descendant.

Further, the letter in Polish - also, apparently, from that time. Poland was then divided between Russia, Prussia and Austria. It is possible that the owner of the album - Pole (or rather, polka), otherwise why write an album in Polish?

The first illustration - colored engraving of a German engraver (and Publisher) Frederic Barbier (Frédéric Barbiez). About it as almost nothing is known only that he worked in the late XVIII century.

So - a document of time, nothing more. The price here is difficult to say, I did not dare.
