"Academic education" where?
The concept of "academic education" in art is very uneven in the level and quality and their approach to the west and the former Soviet Union.
Is being accepted for the "kitsch" and "amateurism" in the same place (or time) in another place (and time) takes a different quality depending on the surrounding circumstances and already can not be neither one nor the other.
