June 22 at the Cultural Foundation "Ekaterina" presents " to be removed from the Soviet Union allowed ...." The exhibition presents works from the collection of Moscow's non-conformists and Catherine Vladimir Semenikhin . Their work was not recognized by official authorities , but collectors and diplomats often exported their products abroad. In such cases, the Ministry of Culture put on a picture stamp " Approved for removal from the USSR ."
