Since poplars trouble not only because of the fluff ..
Here in our backyard poplar are old and /or sick , in late June start to turn yellow , and so for the past 4 years . Housing department workers , or DEZa to requests to cut down the trees do not respond

So I do not know what is worse - frantic fuzz , golden autumn in late June or logs sticking out of the earth ?
