E. H BLASHFIELD signed such things ( see the flat pen ) for the president was made by printing (plate- plate ) with his signature . On multiple auctions , I looked to sell such lithography , but the price is different . Why ? Provenance decided price . From a family .
The print is signed and dated by the designer "EH Blashfield in 1919 "as well as in plate signature of Woodrow Wilson.
