According to your picture can be read as a signature supposedly "Axenfeld". By the time comes a little-known artist Henry Aksenfeld (Heinrich Axenfeld, 1857-1892). According to the site

He was born in Odessa , and then went to France , listed among artists and copyists . None of his works , no signature has been found. Found only a photogravure with one of his paintings in 1883 ( see attachment) . In style and composition seem to be a bit like yours. But all this is , of course , no guarantees . You would be better to refine the given normal photo caption.
