The first Russian Christmas cards have been issued with a charitable purpose Petersburg Stewardship Committee about the sisters of the Red Cross (The Community of St.. Eugene) to generate additional funds for the maintenance of hospitals, clinics and courses in nursing. By Christmas 1898 the Community of St.. Eugenia has issued a series of ten cards on watercolors famous St. Petersburg artists.
I still have most of the received cards for holidays,
lot of New Year. In addition to examining the nostalgic pictures
movingly read greetings and wishes.
Good advice. Sign cards.
