 The resolution unequivocally equalized Nazism and Sovietism (Stalinism, communism).
She stated that the Soviet Union - Criminal State carrying out genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity.
 It is strongly recommended to stop the "embellishment past" and its "glorification", including "the holding of public demonstrations in commemoration of the Nazi or Stalinist past."
 In 2009, Russia refused to support the resolution, the OSCE, that is not trapped. The resolution was then condemned and the Foreign Ministry and the Duma, and the patriarch.
 A little less than two years.
February 1, 2011 in Ekaterinburg the meeting of the Presidential Council on Civil Society and Human Rights. At the meeting in the presence of Russian President with a detailed and far-reaching statement on desovietization, member of the Presidential Council Karaganov.
 A number of them made - explicitly Vilnius-OBSEshnyh - ideas entered the program proposed by the Council. This means that Russia, avoiding the trap-2009, wants to become trapped in 2011, built entirely on a similar scheme. Evidence?

 Immediately in Lithuania (and this is one of the initiators of the resolution OSCE), applauding transcript, said: "Russia has recognized the responsibility for the genocide and the Second World War!"
 And then (taking off his hat, to admire the Western ability to match words and deeds) by the mouth of the famous Lithuanian political analyst Ceslovas Ishkauskasa stated: "Not only missing one thing: as long as Moscow does not openly recognize the fact of occupation (and this would raise the question of reparations from the Soviet occupation), these programs will only be a lump of soft paper for local use. "
 So on the one hand - jubilation ("the process went"), on the other hand - resentment (when the Russian will finish before the end of the process of its political suicide?).
 But perhaps this is a tendentious reading of the Lithuanian constructive document, created by the Human Rights Council? Really!
 Speaking in the presence of President Medvedev Karaganov (one of the members of the Presidential Council) stated bluntly: "The people and the elite after the last 100 years, a little of that respect." Meanwhile, back in 2009, President Medvedev, in his address to the Federal Assembly, argued that too much of what we have, we owe only the USSR and the Soviet Union. Again, it must be noted that two years ago, falling into the trap carefully avoided. And now ...
 Karaganov, speaking before the Russian president, accusing people of committing a terrible sin of the revolution, people in the drive to power, anti-human barbaric regime and finally - think about it! - In samogenotside. Samogenotside!
 Karaganov calls including crimes of the Soviet regime "Holodomor" - though the Kremlin has always fought for it to strike a similar floor of a respectable political lexicon.
 That is Karaganov speaks Yushchenko, with whom the Kremlin has struggled. Thus, he puts in a difficult position today the Ukrainian leadership.
 But perhaps all this only makes Karaganov? Not at all! The fact that states Karaganov, then enters the text of the program "to commemorate the memory of the victims of the totalitarian regime and of national reconciliation."
 Anyone who reads the texts carefully and Karaganov points of the program "to commemorate the memory ..." easily be convinced that the real content of the program is exactly equating us (us, not the OSCE!) Communism to Nazism, and Stalin to Hitler, the Soviet Union to the Third Reich. Such assimilation is systemic. It concerns all the way up to the responsibility of the USSR during the second world war.
 The essence of the discussion today at a high level of the program is as follows.
1. We must recognize that "the people of Russia after the last 100 years almost nothing for which self-respect."
 2. Need to recognize the Soviet period of our history a great offense, and the Soviet Union - a criminal state.
 3. We must recognize that "the whole of Russia - a big Katyn. In this case, refers to the view that the mass graves at Katyn - the work of the NKVD.
 4. We must recognize that in the USSR carried out "genocide", that is, the Soviet government deliberately exterminating the Soviet people.
 5. Need to recognize the Soviet Union "totalitarian state" and on this basis to consider him the same as Hitler's Germany.
 6. It must be recognized that the USSR is responsible for the outbreak of World War II, along with Hitler's Germany.
 7. Necessary to rewrite history books to reflect all that relates to the genocide in the Soviet era and the USSR as a criminal state.
 8. Must be to prohibit civil servants to people who doubt that the Soviet Union was a criminal state.
 9. Necessary to conduct an audit of anniversaries and holidays, in order to eliminate or rename all the dates associated with the history of the Soviet Union.
 Legal and political implications of such "self-flagellation at the state level" would be disastrous. Analysis of all desovietization (de-Stalinization, detotalitarizatsy) held in the last two decades Gorbachev, Yeltsin and others, shows that regardless of anyone's intentions permanent desovietization marks the following.
 First, not disdaining anything, created the myth of the ultimate demonic Soviet period.
 Next up, either explicitly or veiled, the question of legal society, this "scoop", 70 years old who lived in evil and the terrible sin.
 Then raises the issue of a guardian. After all, if society is not legal persons, it needs an external control.
 Parallel demonized the entire history of Russia, because it is all riddled with imperial sin, gave birth to the sin of Stalinism.
 Next, identify the roots of the imperial sin, what is the whole Russian cultural matrix, it is the core of culture, it is Russianness as such. Thus destalinization becomes de-Russification.
 Parallel block demonized world of ideas related to Russia and is the last chance of humanity to non-catastrophic development in the XXI century. Outside of this block of ideas - or catastrophe or the termination of development.
 Then, the formation of new global priorities. Equating communism with fascism and Stalin to Hitler, sooner or later because of the historical logic turns into the actual rehabilitation of Hitler and Nazism.
 Finally, since the dismantling of meanings always turns dismembering the territory, even before the final completion of de-Russification (conducted by the principle: "destalinization - getting rid of imperial ambitions - getting rid of them gave birth Russianness") begins to disintegrate the country. This happened with the USSR as a result of a similar procedure.
