July 3, 2009 in Vilnius on 18 th Annual Session of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. At that session, the OSCE adopted a resolution titled "Reuniting a divided Europe."
 
The resolution unequivocally equalized Nazism and Sovietism (Stalinism, communism).

She stated that the Soviet Union - Criminal State carrying out genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity.
 
It is strongly recommended to stop the "embellishment past" and its "glorification", including "the holding of public demonstrations in commemoration of the Nazi or Stalinist past."
 
In 2009, Russia refused to support the resolution, the OSCE, that is not trapped. The resolution was then condemned and the Foreign Ministry and the Duma, and the patriarch.
 
A little less than two years.

February 1, 2011 in Ekaterinburg the meeting of the Presidential Council on Civil Society and Human Rights. At the meeting in the presence of Russian President with a detailed and far-reaching statement on desovietization, member of the Presidential Council Karaganov.

So on the one hand - jubilation ("the process went"), on the other hand - resentment (when the Russian will finish before the end of the process of its political suicide?).
 
But perhaps this is a tendentious reading of the Lithuanian constructive document, created by the Human Rights Council? Really!
 
Speaking in the presence of President Medvedev Karaganov (one of the members of the Presidential Council) stated bluntly: "The people and the elite after the last 100 years, a little of that respect." Meanwhile, back in 2009, President Medvedev, in his address to the Federal Assembly, argued that too much of what we have, we owe only the USSR and the Soviet Union. Again, it must be noted that two years ago, falling into the trap carefully avoided. And now ...
 
Karaganov, speaking before the Russian president, accusing people of committing a terrible sin of the revolution, people in the drive to power, anti-human barbaric regime and finally - think about it! - In samogenotside. Samogenotside!
 
Karaganov calls including crimes of the Soviet regime "Holodomor" - though the Kremlin has always fought for it to strike a similar floor of a respectable political lexicon.
 
That is Karaganov speaks Yushchenko, with whom the Kremlin has struggled. Thus, he puts in a difficult position today the Ukrainian leadership.
 
But perhaps all this only makes Karaganov? Not at all! The fact that states Karaganov, then enters the text of the program "to commemorate the memory of the victims of the totalitarian regime and of national reconciliation."
 
Anyone who reads the texts carefully and Karaganov points of the program "to commemorate the memory ..." easily be convinced that the real content of the program is exactly equating us (us, not the OSCE!) Communism to Nazism, and Stalin to Hitler, the Soviet Union to the Third Reich. Such assimilation is systemic. It concerns all the way up to the responsibility of the USSR during the second world war.
 
The essence of the discussion today at a high level of the program is as follows.

1. We must recognize that "the people of Russia after the last 100 years almost nothing for which self-respect."
 
2. Need to recognize the Soviet period of our history a great offense, and the Soviet Union - a criminal state.
 
3. We must recognize that "the whole of Russia - a big Katyn. In this case, refers to the view that the mass graves at Katyn - the work of the NKVD.
 
4. We must recognize that in the USSR carried out "genocide", that is, the Soviet government deliberately exterminating the Soviet people.
 
5. Need to recognize the Soviet Union "totalitarian state" and on this basis to consider him the same as Hitler's Germany.

Legal and political implications of such "self-flagellation at the state level" would be disastrous. Analysis of all desovietization (de-Stalinization, detotalitarizatsy) held in the last two decades Gorbachev, Yeltsin and others, shows that regardless of anyone's intentions permanent desovietization marks the following.

Finally, since the dismantling of meanings always turns dismembering the territory, even before the final completion of de-Russification (conducted by the principle: "destalinization - getting rid of imperial ambitions - getting rid of them gave birth Russianness") begins to disintegrate the country. This happened with the USSR as a result of a similar procedure. So inevitably happen with the Russian Federation.
 
And now, S. Belkovsky April 20, 2011 gives the interview in which he touts his recipe for de-Stalinization. According to this recipe, use which eventually will be all stubborn adherents of de-Stalinization, "the only way to de-Stalinization of Russia - is nationalism." Belkovsky says: "When Russia turned from an empire into nation-state, like, say, the Czech Republic or Estonia."

But is it?

Karaganov, erecting all that I described above, begins to engage the Russian question. At the XIX Assembly of his Council on Foreign and Defense Policy is a discussion on the topic: "The Russian cultural matrix: a brake on the development or support?" I wonder whether it is possible to conduct such a discussion, say, China, India? In China and India there are people who say that their cultural matrix - brake on development?
 
The logic is clear beginnings. Upgrading hinders all-Russian "- the entire Russian history, all Russianness as such. And "all" should be eradicated for the sake of modernization. Moreover, that "all" in the Soviet "terrible" period did not prevent the flight of Gagarin. A lack of "all that" into "great" post-Soviet period, does not interfere with the system retrogression, not causing, according to Dmitry Medvedev, a disaster only because there is a Soviet legacy (nuclear, energy, science and so on).
 
It would seem, take care of "all" as the apple of your eye, unless it is an obstacle to the disaster. But, on the other hand, "this is" an obstacle to some sort of upgrade! Besides that equating modernization to development (the concept is much more wide) - is a deliberate falsification, aimed at the dismantling of Russia.
 
And the fact that the same thing is also an obstacle to modernization, and an obstacle to the disaster, absolutely not stop fanatics "fix" our "wrong" country. "All this" should be suppressed as inhibit cancer tumor: "Die patient from a monstrous dose of radiation?" Well, what to do - trying to cure, but failed. We are not to blame - a tumor. "

S. KRIZHANSKAYA - ON THE ATTITUDE OF THE COMPANY TO desovietization

For studies of contemporary Russian society club, "The Essence of Time" has created a special unit - the Agency for Cultural and Social Research Society (abbreviated as "axioms"). The motto of the agency - "Know the community where you live!"
 
The first study, "Axiom" was devoted to measuring of the public reaction to the program desovietization proposed Human Rights Council. For this purpose, was created and transferred to the corresponding profile activists. Activists have been properly instructed and monitored. The number of activists who took part in the work - 1456.
 
The initiative nationwide survey was conducted by these activists, from 6 to 22 April 2011. Was interviewed 36,014 people in 1732 villages in 77 regions, territories and republics of Russia. Sampling "repaired" by mathematical methods and is representative of the Russian people over 16 years of age, sex and type of community (urban /rural).
 
As you know, the Human Rights Council under the President proposed to implement the country's so-called de-Stalinization program. President's Council believes that without this program in the country can not carry out modernization, and it is proposed to "modernize the consciousness" of the Russian people by now that most "de-Stalinization" and "desovietization.
 
As usual, ask the people if he wants to his mind in such a way to "modernize" forgotten (or maybe not planned). But, oddly enough, the Russian people have about this opinion. This view is (surprisingly unanimous) failed to fix due to the survey. According to a poll showed that if the people asked him whether he would conduct the program, the proposed Human Rights Council, he would - the people of Russia - answered "No" rather emphatically and definitely - see figure below.
 
Question number 2. If Russia decided to hold a national referendum and asked: "Do I still need Russia to implement the program, it involves the recognition of the Soviet Union's criminal state who executed the genocide of their own people and those responsible for unleashing the Second World War, how would you respond?
 



I would like to emphasize that this is not about television or Internet voting, and the huge, expanded sociological study carried out by all the rules.
 
Study showing that nearly 90%of the population of Russia (the Russian population, not the audience!) Believes that such programs do not need to.
 
And if the President did begin to implement it, despite the opinion of the people (and history knows such examples), then he just spits in the face of 90%of Russian citizens, which in combination are currently the voters of this same (or another of the same) of the President .
 
Implementation of the program of de-Stalinization and desovietization people of Russia do not want to because it (the program), he does not like. In general and in particular: the average score of the program (on an 11-point scale ranging from -5 to +5) is equal to -2.85! If the share estimates on the negative (-5, -4, -3), neutral (-2, -1, 0, +1, +2) and positive (+3, +4, +5), the total score becomes quite clear: it is negative - see figure below.
 


Question number 1. We ask you to evaluate the program of de-Stalinization - with the main provisions of which you've just learned - for the following 11-point scale, bearing in mind that:
 
5 - is the most positive rating, it means that the program you really like, do you consider it correct and useful;
 
0 - what do you think about the program is neutral, it is you do not care;

-5 - Is the most negative assessment, it means that a program you do not like, do you consider it harmful and wrong.


 

Thus, the correct and useful "program say only 10%of the population, yet 20%are indifferent to it, while 70%- are clearly negative.
