Bright representative of the so-called "silent avant-garde." Real recognition came to the artist only in our days. Painting Ochs did not recognize the Soviet structures because of its "formalism" - a free artistic language, struggle with the Soviet Union was conducted with the late 1920's and 1980's.
Studied at Odessa Art College (until 1918), in the school of painting and drawing Yakovlev in Moscow (until 1922) and V.Shuhaeva.Uchastnik art association "N.O.ZH.. Since 1930 - Member AHRR. Personal exhibition Ochs took place in Moscow in 1965 godu.Raboty artist are in the Tretyakov Gallery, the Museum of New Jerusalem.

The author is spectacular, virtuoso of color still lifes and landscapes.
In 1938-1942 he studied at the Moscow Art Institute of S. Gerasimov and B. Johanson. Began participating in exhibitions since 1936. Official recognition has his works on the revolutionary theme: "Winter is taken" (1947), "Hostile Whirlwinds" (1961), "For Soviet Power" (1967) and historical and biographical paintings from the life of Russian writers.
Solo exhibition was held in Omsk in 1963.
His works are held in Moscow and regional museums of the former CCC

Art education before the revolution was in the Saratov Bogoliubov art school in 1925 - graduated from Higher Art (Moscow).
Member of art association "Heat-color" (1928-1933).
In the year of graduation Vkhutemas traveled with the expedition for the restoration of architectural monuments in Bukhara and Samarkand. Exotic image of the East was in tune with the creative temperament of the young artist. Result of the trip was a series of graphic - Types of old Bukhara "," Dungan Seven Rivers ", etc. In the work of graduate Vkhutemas trends of contemporary art, primarily constructivist, recycled from the perspective of a new artist for the plastic image of the East.
The fate of Julia Razumovskaya formed as the majority of her fellow contemporaries. After the crackdown in mid-1930 it became an honest realist, would seem to have forgotten about the "sins" vhutemasovskoy youth. However, late in life she returned to the impressions of his youth and created by him great decorative works of Central Asian foreign-cycle 1960-1970-ies.
Work of Julia Razumovskaya kept in the Tretyakov Gallery, timing, regional museums in the former Soviet Union, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum (New York, USA).
