He added that Nazarov was arrested yesterday evening.

Earlier, counsel Nazarova Dobrovinsky mentioned that the search was in connection with a criminal case brought under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud on a large scale), but no charges his client was not charged.
