I still think so, but remember we discussed recently, that we should remove all taxes on importation of cultural property because of abroad? And now the amendment probably will soon .. Everything is going in the right direction, now the main task (change), to normalize the export of antiques from Russia in 2009-2010 .. probably will change ..
