Agreed. But here's the opinion of a person can be a problem. Especially if it is poorly versed in the subject and performs only clerical duties.
A detailed condition report on request send any auction. There will be pictures and details and description of the lot by the expert auction. Several times on such data and photos of our experts, whom I forward all of this, given its preliminary view and, yet, to trust their opinion more than that to let most trusted opinion from a trusted comrades.
