Bella Akhmadulina buried in the Novodevichy cemetery

Bella Akhmadulina, who died on November 29, will be buried at the
Novodevichy cemetery, not Vagankovsky, as previously reported. Memorial service will begin at noon on December 3 in the Central House of Writers.
On the same day and hour in St. Petersburg, State Russian Museum opens an exhibition devoted to the poet. Museum exhibits two portraits Akhmadulina from its collection, as well as landscapes depicting Tarusa - her favorite place. All works are watercolors, executed Akhmadulina husband, stage designer Boris Messerer.
