Default Hungary will arrange the sale of a bust of Lenin

The Government of Hungary on Monday, November 22, said it planned to auction relics of the communist era, according to Agence France-Presse. All proceeds will be given to victims of the recent accident at a chemical plant.

Charity Auction will be held on December 6.

The Ministry of Justice hopes to gain a few million forints (several thousand euros) from the sale of hundreds of statues and portraits of Lenin and other communist leaders. According to a representative government, all these facilities are currently covered with dust in attics and basements of ministerial buildings.
