Pictures F. Sychkov in Tsereteli Art Gallery
October 14, 2010 in the exhibition halls of the Art Gallery of Zurab Tsereteli's exhibition of works of national artist of Mordovia, Honoured Artist of Russia Fedota Sychkov Vasilyevich (1870-1958). Inexhaustible source of inspiration was for the FA Sychkov native village. In love with a colorful element of national life, and F. Sychkov could easiest tune to submit poetically, with gentle humor and kindness.
The artist worked primarily in the genres of portrait and home picture. Scenes of everyday life marked by knowledge of the rural lifestyle, colorful folk images, color richness. But the fullest expression of his attitude - optimistic artist talent, found in works devoted to folk festivals, holidays, winter fun youth: "Holiday," "coasting," "The Return of the schools." Young, handsome, ruddy peasant women and gay village kids - loved the images of the master.
The exhibition is dedicated to several significant dates: the 140 th anniversary of FV Sychkov, 50-th anniversary of Mordovia Republican Museum of Fine Arts SD Erzya and the 1000 anniversary of unification of the Mordovian Russian peoples of the state.
The exhibition features over 40 works from the collection of Mordovia Republican Museum of Fine Arts SD Erzya.
