MOSCOW, October 12 - RIA Novosti. The famous sculptor, the president of the Russian Academy of Arts Zurab Tsereteli in the near future plans to install a monument to Boris Pasternak, and is working on a sculptural composition devoted to the 2014 Olympic Games to be held in Sochi.
Tsereteli told a press conference on Tuesday, a monument to install Pasternak opposite the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in late 2010.
In this case, Tsereteli was surprised that, according to some media, the monument did not like the son of Pasternak.
"If you do not like, I can leave it in his museum, I was not aware that the negative attitude of relatives," - said Tsereteli.
The sculptor also confirmed that he is working on a sculpture dedicated to the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014, but refused to disclose details. "I am a religious person, so while I will not tell anything," - he said, adding only that it is not a sports facility.
