An excerpt from the book Sergei Alferov "Preface to the inevitable" memories of artist A. Kedrin about the exhibition ENEA, 1975.
In autumn 1975, I returned to Moscow after his Tashkent international symposium on ceramics. Of course, went to see Sergei in Warm Stan. Sergei told me a stunning news. Two days later, at ENEA, in the House of Culture opens an exhibition of 150 of the Moscow artists, nonconformists.
We immediately went to the scene. The building was cordoned off by police, and we are not allowed, but we climbed out the window, open to us by the conditional knock fellow artists, who mounted the exhibition. I first saw the work Tselkov, Rabin Nemukhin, Vechtomova, Zvereva, Zelenin. Sergei I got acquainted with all.
