You have a colored etching-aquatint of well-known austrian artist Luigi Kasimir (1881 - 1962). The colored multiplate etching was first time very popular in the 18th century in France (let's mention such names as Le Blond, Bonnet, Le Campion, Debucourt, Descourtis etc), but later it was almost neglected due to spreading of the color lithography. It is supposed that namely Kasimir restored in the end of 19th century the color etching to new life - the most technically difficult printmaking (where many plates are used - till to 10!). Kasimir has grounded the large and, I think, the worldwide most famous austrian art scool of color printmakers, from where came such masters as T.Simon and H.Figura.
