The author of the drawing to engraving is, I think, the French architect Auguste Famin (Auguste Famin, 1776 - 1859). Biography of his can be found at

Engraver is the same Charles Norman (Charles Normand, 1765 - 1840). Biographies could not find him, even though it has some information on the Internet. He worked primarily in a linear fashion, engraved and published, mostly architectural uvrazhi, as well as scenes from mythology, the original scores of other artists.
