VI. Terms of a tender
Nomination: Painting.
Materials. Paintings can be done in any technique with the use of materials at the discretion of the author.

2. Awareness of the brand "Moment".
3. Artistic value and originality.
VII. Conduct
1. The competition is open to all professionals and organizations: painters, sculptors, designers, muralist, members of creative unions, as well as students of art and architectural professions schools. Participants in the competition can be as individuals, and copyright collectives.
2. Date of registration of participants and reception of works in electronic form made on the basis of submitted application (Appendix № 2) in the period: from March 1 to October 20, 2010.
3. Results of the competition takes place in two stages:
-From 20 to 30 October 2010 semi-finalists are determined on the basis of digital images of work and the Internet - a vote;
-From 21 to 23 November 2010 the jury will determine the winners based on the original works. The authors, past the semi-final contest, are invited to participate in the exhibition of the winners and the official awarding ceremony which will take place in the international festival "Art Moment" during the period from 24 to 28 November 2010.
4. To participate in the exhibition should:
-Send the request (Annex № 3);
-Submit the original bid work for two days before the opening of the exhibition to the operator of the competition.
VIII. Prizes
Prize fund is 500 000 (five hundred thousand) rubles and is divided as follows:
1 st place - 100 000 rubles
2 nd place - 80 000 rubles
3 rd place - two awards of 60 000 rubles;
Incentive awards 10 seats to 20 000 rubles.
The work received 1, 2 and 3 places, passed by the sponsors donated to the collection of the contest "Art Moment".
