Some 50 paintings by Armenian artist Pharaoh Mirzoyan show in St. Petersburg
Personal exhibition of the Director of the National Gallery of Armenia, the Honored Art, artist Pharaoh Mirzoyan opens in St. Petersburg on September 3.
"The exhibition, which will take place in the 300 th anniversary of the Armenian community of St. Petersburg will be on display about 50 of my paintings", - said the artist himself to journalists on Thursday.
As the news of Armenia, Mirzoyan said that for him - a graduate of the Leningrad Academy of Arts exhibition in St. Petersburg was an old dream and he was very glad to implement it.
He added that the personal exhibition of his work is also planned in Serbia in late October - early September.
Pharaoh Mirzoyan was born in Yerevan in 1949. In 1975 he graduated from the Leningrad Academy of Arts. Member of Artists Union of Armenia, member of Peter's Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Since 2002 - Director of the National Gallery of Armenia. Honored Artist of the republic.
