I agree. I also prefer Ukrainian folk artist Katerina Bilokur (first 3 works), is clearly better hyped A. Russo (4-I-5-I).
But there is still a very well deserved Maria Prymachenko (6-I-8-I) and the famous Ivan Selivanov (9-I-10-I). And looking at their work, I'm not sure you can convince collectors Medvedeva switch to them.
