The Verkhovna Rada has established that the illegal conduct archaeological reconnaissance, excavation and other land or underwater operations on objects of archaeological heritage is punishable by a fine of up to 100 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (1700 hryvnia) or restriction or deprivation of liberty for up to 2 years

Everything is clear up to 2 years ...
