Maybe someone has a photo of the original stickers Society "Knave of Diamonds"? How she must have looked like in reality?

For understandable reasons, to find images of these tags and labels is rather difficult ...
But I have found the description labels, very similar to yours, only in modern spelling: Unknown Russian avant-garde in museums and private collections in Moscow, 1992, p. 153: Aristarchus Lentulov. Woman with watermelon. 1910. Oil on canvas. 69 x 61. On the back of a paper label "Vsekohudozhnik" with the inscription: Auto. Lentulov 822 titles. "Woman with a pumpkin" Year App. of 1910. Oil on canvas and
a paper label with a circular emblem of society and the inscription: Artists' Society "Knave of Diamonds". Asking paste this form on the back of the picture. Product № 10. Title proizvdeniya (?) Woman with watermelon. Size in frame: length width price from Z 5 to 5 (?)
Purchased in 1988 by MA Lentulov, daughter of the artist. Moscow. Regional Museum of Art. Simbirsk. F-1612.
The work - an undeniable, therefore, label - the real one. And the number of works in the label does not correspond to the same number in the catalog of the exhibition of paintings Artists' Society "Knave of Diamonds", St. Petersburg 1913: Aristarchus Lentulov. 1910. 148 women with watermelon.
But that's the spelling of your label is really confusing ...
Perhaps the Simbirsk museum employs sympathetic people, and they will give you an image of the traffic?
