1999 on the initiative of residents of the village Koghb Karapet Kulidzhanyana founded a charity school. The aim of the school was to awaken and develop the cultural life in the border village of Koghb and neighboring villages, to create an appropriate environment for the identification and association of gifted children and adolescents in the region. The school was taught drawing, painting, composition and history of art. Kohbskaya Art School operates in the provided Kohbskim Center kultury.Kazhdy academic year begins with the entrance examinations on a competitive basis. Attend school in the regime of free graphics and many art lovers in the region. School graduates and students in various institutions of higher education graduates in contact with the school and participate in all organizational and creative work of the school. The school established a comfortable studio, employees, every effort for the development and establishment of the school. Work schedule of art school is not confined to studying the culture and art, but also full of different activities: exhibitions, organization of holidays, plenary, symposia, meetings with art historians and others
