If you do not have a clear plan for moving - do not waste your money. If you do not have skills in advertising /PR specialist or a corre-forming skills - do not waste your money. If this is not a commercial event - do not waste your money.
In general, if you ask such questions - do not waste your money
Journalists need to write and deliver the material (they live with the lines): organize a banquet, invite them - they will come, give them the texture of the material - they will write. Then have their concerns.
