Moscow gallery Gary Tatintsian and New York Luhring Augustine Gallery settled their dispute out of court, reports The Art Newspaper.
Claim Gary Tatintsian Gallery pertaining to the transaction in 2,7 million dollars: Tatintsyan purchased from Luhring Augustine 12 paintings by George Condo (George Condo) at a discount of 30 percent (from 225 thousand dollars for a picture). Now The Art Newspaper says that Tatintsyan took all the work and refused to litigation.
