Astaltsev Viktor Vladimirovich (1927-1994). Honored Artist of Russia. From 1951 to 1956 he studied at the Moscow Regional Art School 1905 in VA Shestakova. In 1958-64 he studied at the Moscow Art Institute named after VI Surikov in PP Sokolova Scala, AG Danilicheva, AM Kuznetsov MI Kurilko, VG Tsiplakova. Member of Moscow Union of Artists since 1964.
