The authorities of Sochi was returned to the municipal property sold concert hall "Festival" at the site of which was planned to build a multifunctional complex.
According to the mayor of the resort Anatoly Pakhomov, to restore the building and observe all rules regulations and laws - a lawsuit was filed in the Arbitration Court of Krasnodar region. After consideration it was decided to recognize the illegal agreement between the former deputy head of the former - Velichko and company Sochi Festival ", which was going to build a multifunctional complex.
Now the administration debated the issue, to make a concert hall "Festival" visiting card.
The decision to demolish the "Festival" was established in 2006 at the request of the then authorities of Sochi. The reason is that that the warranty period of operation of the hall had expired and the building was dilapidated. In summer 2007, the complex was sold for 550 million rubles.
