I understand that this rating is on the last 100 falshakam. Over what period, I wonder? Two months? Three? Six months?

I would still see the overall ranking of counterfeit artists. At least for the approximate total number of counterfeits. Clearly, Chagall or Lansky with their unimaginable number of studies difficult to compare with the same Rukhin on "specific weight" genuine fakes in the unit of work (in a wrap), but it is important not so much relative as absolute figures. For example, Chagall - 2000, Lanskoy - 1000, Rukhin - 100 (figures conditional). From these figures, incidentally, would be difficult to estimate the relative number of fakes on the original unit of work. Then it will be understandable to a certain average percentage of fakes, strolling on the market. (Something I was already in nonsense sort incurred).

But the question is really interesting.
