Works of Armen Gevorkyants are based on scanty remnants of the distant past - a dirty bag with expensive items heart, a broken bottle of perfume, keeping the memory of a lost scent of his native land, or favorite, walnut - the only source of sustenance in the campaigns of forced deportation. That is, objects that tell about the difficulties of refugees who were forced to flee their homes, forced to wander in foreign lands.
Broken wheel, suitcase, sink - the symbols of distant shores. Conciseness and dark color tone of his songs cause painfully acute sense of loss. World Armen Gevorkyants has a strange calm and unique beauty, once chopped, obnako reconstituted from the remains, he became a mystic as a reminder of the devastated land, and prohibited the past. His empty, dark space, curled up like a snail in a shell, apparently, are a manifestation of the wisdom of our fragility and the preservation of nature, regardless of the destruction of the material world.
