I live in the United States, North Carolina. This past weekend, I bought two paintings in a charity shop. I can not tell if they are oil or acrylic paints, but they have done in grisaille technique. The artist's name Mirel, and I'm not sure that these pictures were made by Mirel Shahinian.

May be wrong but I've seen these pictures from Cuban artists.
Stretch the canvas is not characteristic of Russian artists, usually hammered nails and bend and save paper.
