According to the concept of the museum founders - the Foundation named after Alexander Vampilov, it will house a library, a reading and exhibition halls, the literary and theatrical salon. Alexander was born in the village Vampilov Kutulik Irkutsk region in 1937. He graduated from the historical-philological faculty of the Irkutsk State University.
