Below I present the schedule of the ruble against the U.S. dollar over the past year. Graph obtained from RBC.ru - easy to check. As can be seen, the ruble has a high volativnostyu (variability). It then increases, then decreases. But over the past year, despite all the "fall" ruble - the ruble fully grown! "We were beaten, and we will grows stronger." To write about the fall of the ruble exchange rate, based on the bad (or good) data for a given day - not quite adequate in relation to the economy.

I can still recall the ruble at the end of 2002 - the beginning of 2003. The dollar then was worth around 32 rubles.

Check - in time of entering the euro into circulation rate was at the level of 1,22-1,21 dollars per euro. Then a couple of years, the euro became cheaper relative to the dollar and dodeshevel to about 0,83. After that grew and grew, matured by 2008 to 1,6. Then, in the crisis fell to 1,23-1,24, then again grew to 1,5. Now again declined.
