Forgotten Picasso and Derain sell at auction

141 painting belonged to the famous art dealer Ambroise Vollard (Ambroise Vollard), who died in a car accident in 1939. "Treasure" of works of art was discovered in 1979, when the deposit box was opened. Then the pictures were going to be auctioned off, but the auction was canceled because of disputes and the heirs of Vollard Shlomovicha on the Rights of the pictures. These disputes could be solved only in 2006.
Paintings will be sold at auction at Sotheby's in London and Paris, which will be held on 22 and 29 June. It is expected that a total of collection can rescue up to 26 million dollars.
