I want to mention that usually the date of reference for the claims, return of goods, etc. is the date of receipt by the buyer and not the date of payment (after all, may be prepaid), at-least not yet faced with the phenomenon of pretanzii and return after the payment or the date the auction (when the buyer, even in the hands not holding what he paid for).
