This was the date of the first round table, to which nobody came. After that, the organizers called me and asked to gather a quorum, I wrote a formal conclusion and sent to high school, so that they staked the topic as requiring discussion. In my first opinion says that this limit will not be able to fully work for many reasons, one of which is the imperfection of the law on import-export, why they, and suggested the topic of discussions to include this issue. Repeat round table, they will appoint to any time before the end of this year, when performing the above conditions.

Appeared somewhat correctly administrative regulations, the opportunity really to organize temporary customs area (which was made possible through an Art Feira, if you noticed, they tamozhat directly in the Manege. You ever been the customs directly in your gallery ?:-), appeared though clumsy , the procedure for registration of cultural property during import, and consequently abolished import duties ......
Frankly, I'm tired to shake the air. Apparently, this is not the master's work to change the rules that you do not like, most likely, I'm not at .. No problem, I am not the first to write opinions on such documents himself personally, both from the community as a whole .. adults, everyone has the right to rest and to lament the inadequacy of the law :-)
