Double (Russian + English) subjects in the "new messages" corrected. But when you change the language on the page title so language was not changed since it was re not satisfied. Apparently, this should not be significant, because users typically operate in one language. Language can be changed to a different page, then again click on the link "New message" - then the theme will appear in the current language of the forum.
