Dear All

I am looking for information on Peter Antonovich Shigimaga. I know he was born 10/7/1917 and taught at the Kharkov School of Arts, but that is all I have been able to find out here in the UK.

Can anybody provide me with more details on his life and career. Why was he titled an 'honoured worker'?
