Me too. Even the Old Slavonic looked. There are some identical letters. Purely logical second word "I.". Or "I." "Ivanchich? Bulgaria, Serbia?

On Serbian similar, the first letter in the name (?) Is simply there, it seems.

I also suspect that this is the work of the South Slavs, Russian working from life in Africa in the 19th century can be counted on the fingers.

ArtVital, but not entirely impossible to make a photo better? First, too many assumptions at once arises. Secondly, if it is written in Old Slavonic, after the letter "H" at the end of the name must be letter "yat" and its obviously not.
