What kind of an icon

Help me and determine that for the icon and its value.
Grandmother says that this icon has given her more her mother, and where did she not know.

DimaD, at your icon depicts St. Basil the Great, Gregory the Theologian, John Chrysostom.
This is - "The Cathedral of the Ecumenical Teachers and Hierarchs", a holiday to him on February 12.
Herself an icon - hand-made, oil painting, to put it mildly: "academic style". Beginning of 20 century.
The Origin-Ukraine is likely.
Given the history of storing multiple generations in the family,
icon is certainly a family heirloom.
For foreign people icon hardly be interesting,
as in the trade, and in the aggregate level.
