The National Art Museum of Ukraine exhibited paintings of Japanese artists of 1990, the combined name of "Art of Happiness" from the collection of Foundation of Japan. We can not say that the modern Japanese art occupies a separate niche in the global hierarchy. Land of the Rising Sun in general characterized by a commitment to age-old traditions and conservatism. Western painting for the first time experienced the direct impact of Japanese art in 1862 during the International Exhibition in London.
