The exhibition "The Golden Age of architectural graphics"
 

Today was in the Pushkin at the exhibition "The Golden Age of architectural graphics. The exhibition presents paintings by European masters of the XVIII-XIX centuries. About masters and presented papers can be found here: http://artinvestment.ru/news/exhibit...oban_gmii.html
I'd add - as it seemed, a hall with graphics least visited. You can make allowances for the specific direction as graphics rather serious and, one might say, ascetic, a type of fine art, which does not, the riot of colors, but I liked it. To my shame and ignorance, out of all the artists have only heard about Quarenghi and Montferrand. Other names have not said anything, but by visiting the exhibition, to expand their knowledge in this field, thanks to the organizers.
