The signature reads "R. Ganters 75" or "R. Canters 75". A well-known artists such databases do not. There Wilhelmus Ganters (one thousand eight hundred forty-nine - 1908) and Adriaen Canters (1754 - 1803), both - the Dutch. But they obviously do not fit. So what have you - a little-known work is perhaps the Dutch artist. Your job though dated, but without the century. It would show the whole picture, then at least the time of writing could be determined.
