Russian Academy of Arts presents an exhibition of famous painter, Honored Artist of Russian Federation, Corresponding Member of Russian Academy of Arts German Egoshin Pavlovich (1931-2009).
The exhibition features more than 60 works performed in nearly half a century of creative work - portraits, landscapes, genre scenes, still lifes.

GP Egoshin was born in Leningrad in 1931. Studied in 1949-1950. at the Leningrad Art School. VA Serov, and then Leningrad Art School (1950 - 1953 gg.). In 1959 he graduated from the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. Repin Academy of Arts of the USSR in the studio BV Johannson.
Since 1961, Mr. Egoshin - a member of the Union of Artists, an active participant of exhibitions in Russia and abroad. He - one of the creative leaders of the northern capital of the 1960's, one of the initiators and active participants of the "Eleven", established at the Leningrad Union of Artists. In the period from 1959 to 1999. Egoshin was a member of more than 70 exhibitions in various cities of our country and abroad - in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, Czechoslovakia, the USA and Japan.
