Algerd Adamovich Malishevskiœ
Algerd Adamavіch Malіsheўskі (09/08/1922, Bobruisk - 22/11/1989). He graduated from the Kharkov Art Institute (1952), studied at the P. Kotova. Member of the Belarusian Union of Artists (1956). He taught at the Minsk Art College (1953-1981). Honored Art Worker of the BSSR (1977). Public Meetings: National Art Museum of Belarus, the Museum of Modern Art (Minsk), the funds of the Belarusian Union of Artists, the funds the Ministry of Culture. In Belarus, in 1970 there were only two artists created a modern painting, who left behind a significant legacy of quality and non-Soviet art, rather than random samples - Algerd Malishevskiœ Basov and Israel.
